Always Pre-Register with your studio to insure registration availability. On-Site Registration is NEVER GUARANTEED and may be SOLD OUT. If we sell out, no new registration will become available.

If you have Pre-Registered with your studio you will get your I.D. bracelets from your Teacher after they pick up their registration packet.

Convention Schedules are available upon check-in at the Hotel Front Desk and/or are out and available in numerous locations, including the Tremaine Merchandise Booth and Tremaine Registration Desk. Schedules are posted inside and outside each ballroom for the students.

If you need to locate a specific person with your group and you are not registered please see a Tremaine Representative at the Tremaine Merchandise Booth or at the Tremaine Registration Desk. No one will be premitted to enter a ballroom without a wristband or a Tremaine Representative as an escort.

Please remind your dancers that they are in a public area and to observe standard safety practices, such as staying in pairs or groups when going to and from their rooms, the restrooms, etc. Also, for their safety and out of respect to other hotel guests, please wear cover ups.
